“To deny people their human rights is to challenge their very humanity.” – Nelson Mandela
We're living in a very evil and unjust world right now. People are human at the end of the day. We all bleed the same blood and all want the same thing- to live. Access to basic necessities is crucial for human dignity. Below are some resources I've found that you can dive into if looking for ways to help the innocent PEOPLE over in the middle east who are being affected by the current war.

MSF has offered its support to Israeli hospitals treating large numbers of casualties following attacks by Hamas militants on October 7.
MSF teams have been working in Gaza for 20 years, providing medical care and support to a health system that urgently lacks both medical personnel and supplies. Teams have been working in three hospitals and several outpatient clinics, offering comprehensive care for people suffering from burns and trauma. Since 2018, we have been running a reconstructive surgery program in northern Gaza.
Heart to Heart International is actively coordinating with longstanding partners in the region to deliver critical medicines, medical supplies and hygiene kits to support to the affected communities.
"We have a 40-foot container en route to Gaza containing medicines, medical supplies and hygiene kits. We are prepared to re-route this in coordination with our partners to the West Bank, if it proves impossible to deliver safely to Gaza. We have airlifted hygiene kits to people in need in Lebanon, and we are preparing a large shipment of medical and humanitarian aid to be distributed to displaced families in bomb shelters in Israel."
Established in 1863, the ICRC operates worldwide, helping people affected by conflict and armed violence and promoting the laws that protect victims of war. An independent and neutral organization, its mandate stems essentially from the Geneva Conventions of 1949. We are based in Geneva, Switzerland, and employ over 21,000 people in more than 100 countries. The ICRC is funded mainly by voluntary donations from governments and from National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
Since 2001, IsraAID’s specialist teams have responded to disasters in every corner of the world, providing emergency medical care, post-trauma mental health support, relief items, and water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions.
Our ability to bring that aid to communities in need relies on quickly galvanizing financial support, yet emergency response funding is often tied to media attention. Once the news cycle moves on, humanitarian organizations are forced to follow.
In 2017, IsraAID launched its Emergency Response Fund to shift this paradigm. The Emergency Fund gives us the flexibility to hit the ground running as quickly as possible, and it allows us to stay even when others move on.

As conflict has escalated in the region, MCC laments the violence and mourns all lives lost in Palestine and Israel. MCC remains committed to a just peace for all, and we invite you to join us in praying for an end to the violence.
MCC is planning an emergency response to the current crisis with existing partners. Our response will focus on the humanitarian needs in Gaza, given the vulnerability of the population and lack of resources available to families. MCC’s work will build on previous responses to the ongoing conflict, including the distribution of food and bedding for those affected. We are also planning to offer trauma healing support and housing reconstruction.
MCC will continue to work with partners in both Palestine and Israel towards a just peace for all.
PCRF is the primary humanitarian organization in Palestine, delivering crucial and life-saving medical relief and humanitarian aid where it is needed most. Access to essential resources like food, clean water, and healthcare is severely limited.
Project HOPE has deployed emergency response personnel to the region to address urgent needs in Israel and Egypt. The staff are also coordinating with local authorities, UN agencies, and civil society to coordinate the delivery of aid for both Israel and Gaza.
In Israel, Project HOPE is working to support hospitals near the southern border by providing urgently needed medical equipment and supplies, and to repair damaged medical structures. The team is coordinating with local NGOs to identify gaps in primary health care and mental health and psychosocial support services across the affected areas, including for displaced communities. Project HOPE is also coordinating with local government officials to identify further needs across the health and water, sanitation, and hygiene sectors.
Project HOPE’s staff in Cairo, Egypt are coordinating with UN agencies and the Egyptian Red Crescent Society to preposition medical and relief supplies to provide immediate humanitarian assistance once access is permitted through the Rafah Crossing. Project HOPE is prepositioning multiple shipments of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, including two World Health Organization Interagency Emergency Health Kits (IEHKs), in addition to hygiene and dignity kits.
“In the Gaza Strip, UNICEF and its partners are on the ground delivering immediate humanitarian support, including medical supplies, fuel as well as mental health and psychosocial support. With the humanitarian situation rapidly deteriorating, humanitarian actors must be able to safely access children and their families with lifesaving services and supplies – wherever they may be.
“UNICEF is calling for immediate cessation of hostilities and reminding parties of their obligations under International Humanitarian law to afford special protection to children. Every single child, no matter who or where they are, must be protected.”
